Il VAR (acronimo di Video Assistant Referee) é la tecnologia di controllo per le azioni che avvengono durante una partita di calcio.

L’uso del VAR ha una storia recente, ma sta rivoluzionando il gioco del calcio, il dibattito televisivo, il confronto con l’arbitro in campo e la durata temporale delle partite.
